Renovations, remodels, and repairs from a local family-owned company.

I am a real estate agent, and use Mitch and his crew often. They go above and beyond for me and my clients. They are quick to respond, fair in pricing, and get the job done. Their professionalism and friendliness is top notch, as is their work. I will continue to use them for all my needs (and not just roofing, as they can accommodate almost any task).

Over a period of slightly more than 4 years, I’ve had at least 15 handymen, roofers, and large roofing company reps out to my home. When they heard I had an almost 6000 Sq. Ft. home, they’d rush right over. Once they’d seen what we were needing, and how difficult the job would be? Most of them would tell me they’d send me an estimate and then never did. I tried repeatedly to email, text, and call some of them back, only to be ignored and ghosted. Mitch was direct and honest from the start. The crew is hard-working and skilled. Most importantly, to me anyway, they don’t waste your time. They communicate and will get the job done. I feel that I, and my property, were respected by Big Dog Restoration, LLC.

I had a complex, multistage gutter, drain and fascia damage project as part of a total reno. These guys were awesome. They were flexible enough to do things they way I needed them done, adapted to changing requirements and kept the price in line with original expectations. The communication was awesome and the workers were all really good. Came in, got the job done, cleaned up and left. Gutters and fascia look awesome and I couldn't be happier.

Big Dog Restoration did a great job on my home. There were about 24 items that needed repair. Estimator Tyler, Job Supervisor Victor and even the company owner came out to coordinate the repair. They pointed out a few additional items and provided a fair estimate to complete the additional work as well. They did a great job at a fair price and I definitely plan on using them for future work!

Big Dog had to handle four larger items such as installing a radon remediation system, new vapor barrier in crawlspace which required root removal and biological remediation; several electrical items; along with replacement of an entire sewer line that was 9 ft deep. Their skilled team and contractor partners made it all happen in a timely manner than allowed our sellers to close on the sale of this home on time and the 1st time homebuyers to rest easy that all this work was done well and timely. They’re excited to move in soon. We truly value our partnership with Big Dog Restoration related to these difficult inspection responses; and our own personal home needs.

My recent referrals have been handled promptly and the work has certainly been at or above the expectations of my insureds . As an insurance agent and as a client, I have a trust/comfort level that when I recommend Big Dog Restoration, the job will be handled in a timely manner and the repair will be completed properly at a fair price.

Mitch and Erik have been wonderful to work with from start to finish! We experienced water damage in our kitchen from a leak and they worked tirelessly from start to finish with our insurance company! We will definitely use Big Dog Restoration again should the need arise.

I worked with Jake and his team on a fairly large remodeling project in my home, and they were extremely professional, easy to work with, and did an excellent job. They accommodated my schedule and maintained great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Big Dog was able to come in assess and quote multiple project and repairs with the home and then make all repairs to a high level. They even went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy with quality of work. I highly recommend them for any of of home’s needs!!

I’m very pleased to recommend this company! Jake was really great to work with and Lal and everyone else on the crew did a nice job with our basement renovation. I would definitely call on them again for future projects!

Jake and his team did excellent work on my property. They handled multiple repairs including roof work and other interior and exterior items. Communication was clear throughout the process, they evaluated everything carefully, and they followed through on what they promised.

I especially appreciate how professional and reliable the team was. Even though I couldn’t be on site personally, Jake kept me updated and made sure the work was completed properly. I would definitely recommend Big Dog Restoration team and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Had a really good experience with them on a bathroom remodel. They provided helpful feedback but ultimately followed our designs. Project was executed quickly and all contractors were very professional and cleaned up nicely after each day.

Bid Dog was very responsive and did a great job on a remodel for my client. The price was right and everything worked out well. Will use again.

Wow talk about personal service! I felt like I was part of the family. Above and beyond doesn’t describe how much this company has helped us. Erik and Mitch are top-notch professionals and went not only the extra mile for us, but 150%!!! I’m so pleased to have been part of this amazing event, and it’s just a little sad now that it’s done. You helped us with debris removal, roof repairs and running electric lines… I will recommend your company to everyone I know who has need of your excellent service and expertise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the good will and good work. It’s been a pleasure.

Highly recommend Big Dog! They were outstanding fixing a sloppy job that another roofing company did. Super knowledgeable, professional, and communicated well. Both AJ and Jake were great to work with, and were very kind and friendly. Their crew was also fantastic with a great eye for detail. I will definitely call them first in the future for our restoration and home repair needs! A+ all around!

I had a very positive experience with Big Dog. They repaired siding and trim on my house. They were very professional. Both Erik and Jake were accessible, quickly responsive, and transparent. The work was done well, in a timely manner, and for a fair price.

The staff is friendly, professional and did a awesome job with my roof, crawlspace, windows and plumbing, all at very reasonable prices. Erik, AJ, Jake, Humberto, Lal were fantastic. I’ve used them before and absolutely will again.

We had extensive damage to our home. Our Insurance suggested Big Dog Roofing for the inside renovation. The work was fabulous!! I’m so happy. I will call them for future renovations

Big Dog Roofing deserves 10 stars. I called with a small roofing issue and was treated like their number one client. I am impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved and the kindness I received. Bravo Big Dog Roofing, for your customer care and professionalism.

Awesome work repairing my backyard privacy fence! Team went above and beyond, even making sure my gate doors get adjusted to better align, and latch properly. Fitted me with an unlatch string from the inside for easy exit. Highly recommend.
